kappa maki (cucumber roll, 4 medium pieces 3.5 cm [1 1/2″] diameter x 2cm [3/4″] thick or 6 small pieces 2.5cm [1″] diameter x 2.5cm [1″] thick) = 2 points
maki (vegetables and rice rolled with seaweed), 4 medium pieces 3.5cm [1 1/2″] diameter x 2cm [3/4″] thick or 6 small pieces 2.5cm [1″] diameter x 2.5cm [1″] thick = 2 points
nigiri (sliced raw fish [albacore, amaebi, conch, ebi, hamachi, hirame, hokigai, ika, ikura, kani, masago, saba, sake, smoked salmon, suzuki, suzume, tai, tairagai, tako, todiko, unagi, uni] over rice), 4 pieces 5cm (2″) long x 2cm (3/4″) wide = 2 points
nori maki (raw fish [albacore, amaebi, conch, ebi, hamachi, hirame, hokigai, ikura, ika, kani, masago, sabe, sake, salmon, suzuki, suzume, tai, tairagai, tako, todiko, unagi, uni] and rice rolled with seaweed), 4 medium pieces 3.5cm (1 1/2″) diameter x 2cm (3/4″) thick or 6 small pieces 2.5cm (1″) diameter x 2.5cm (1″) thick = 2 points
