Easy Low Carb Breakfast Casserole for Busy People

I’m no chef, and I always feel like I’m too busy too cook, but I’ve realized that planning your meals is an important part of any weight loss plan. This is my go-to breakfast because it reheats nicely and it doesn’t t require me to spend my day in the kitchen. I usually toss this in the oven on Sunday night and feast on it for breakfast during the week. Did I mention that it was low carb and yummy?

Prep time: 15 min. Bake time: 30-35 minutes

What you need:

Non stick skillet

Medium sized mixing bowl

8×8 glass oven safe container

8 eggs

1 cup of shredded cheese

¾ cup of diced green, red, and yellow peppers (buy prepackaged at your local grocery store)

3/4 lb. of ground turkey breast

Salt

Pepper

Olive oil

Directions

Turn your oven on to 350
