Stop Already!

Ok, how much of this am I supposed to be able to take?! I finally have my appetite back (yah!) but in seems my tummy wants to make up for all those days I had no appetite and everything I look at I want to eat, argh. This would be easily handled if there wasn’t so much stupid junk food being brought in to the office this week – it’s killing me! Double argh!

Yesterday there was leftover baked goods and timbits in the lunch room – I don’t know why I even went in there, *rolls eyes* but I did, sigh…and it was so so so hard to not eat something off those platters! There were cheese scones for heavens sakes! Nobody should ever be asked to resist that! So I leave the lunch room and go back to the “safety” of my office area – ha bloody ha – and got there right in time to see a fellow co-worker unloading 4 containers of baked goods on to the desk next to mine – 4!!! FOUR!!! Insanity! There were apple strudel, mini cinnamon buns, mini blueberry bran muffins and worst of all…croissants!! OMG! Cheese scones and croissants?! There should be rules about bringing these things around me!

Oh, and do you think all those baked goods were gone from the office today? Nope, not even close! And guess whose desk they were closest to all day? Yup, mine. Grr. Plus, there were more meetings today which means more baked goods in the lunch room.  😦

So, somehow the baked goods and timbits and just general junk food that are circling the office and lunch room have yet to make it in to my mouth or stomach…phew! I feel like I have somehow managed to avoid some hurdles…but it’s not over yet!

Let’s see what I ate today:

1 pckg instant quaker oatmeal = 3 points

1 banana = 1 point

1 Lean Cuisine Sweet n Sour Chicken =Β 5 points

1 Activia yogurt = 2 points

1 orange = 1 point

3 chicken strips = 4 points

mixed cooked vegg = 0 points

50 grams dates = 3 points

That is a total of 19 points – yah! πŸ˜€

I still have 1 point left and I will either eat a 1 point werther’s chocolate candy or splurge and have a 2 point thinsations package. Normally I wouldn’t even consider the splurge but I am kinda hungry…not starved though so I am gonna make a cup of tea and wait cause maybe I am just dehydrated and so I think I am hungry but I am actually thirsty…hey, it happens!

I Threaded!

Have you ever heard of threading your eyebrows? You probably have, it’s just as popular as waxing and everyone has heard of that! Well, I have always gotten my eyebrows waxed at Aveda – it costs $15 + tax + tip…it can add up quickly and isn’t that a silly thing to spend so much money on, I mean…eyebrows? When I mentioned this to a friend at work she looked stunned and said I was crazy spending so much and she directed me to a place that does threading for $5 no tax. Sweet huh? So instead of going to Zumba tonight I went and got my eyebrows threaded…quite the odd sensation but my eyebrows are lookin pretty smokin. lol.

Why did I go get my eyebrows done instead of going to Zumba? On the surface it looks like my priorities got screwed and I am not focusing so much on my weight loss…this couldn’t be farther from the truth, I am still thinking about it all the time and constantly working on my eating plans to make sureΒ I hit my points everyday but my pneumonia is lingering and no way would I last even ten minutes in the Zumba class…sad as it is my lungs just wouldn’t be able to handle it…I feel so old. 😦

So instead I went and beautified myself a little bit. It’s just as important to take care of the outside in terms of grooming as it is to take care of the inside by eating right and exercising. Cause sure, as we lose weight our innards are getting healthier and our overall body shape is looking better but we have to take care of the rest of us – make all of us look good. πŸ™‚ This in turn will help boost self esteem and make the hard weeks where the weight loss isn’t so great easier to handle. πŸ˜€ and hey, it only cost $5 + tip!

So what did I eat today?

29 grams Honey Bunches of Oats with Pecan Bundles = 2 points

1/2 cup 1% milk = 1 point

1 banana = 1 point

1 cup carrot soup = 2 points

1 piece toast = 1 point

1 babybell = 1 point

1 Activia yogurt = 2 points

1 whole wheat wrap = 2 points

2 slices turkey = 0.5 points

1 tbls light miracle whip = 0 points

3/4 cup baked yam = 2 points

25 grams dates = 1.5 points

1 thinsations Fudge dipped bar = 2 points

Total points eaten is exactly 20 – yah! I have had so much trouble eating my points lately, last week it seemed I either underate or overate I never hit my points and stuck there so today is a total win! πŸ˜€ I hit my points and did something to help me feel pretty, can’t beat that – especially when you’re sick! lol

Crunchy Like A Beetle!

I decided to buy dates this weekend…I tried one before Christmas at someone’s house and it was weird but good…in a really odd way…It had a coating on it that made it sweet, I wonder what that coating was? Anyways, they had been on my mind lately and IΒ really wanted to buy them. I didn’t totally remember what they tasted like, I did remember they had a weird texture…but they were good so why not try them again?

I bought this container of them, they seem to only get sold in really big containers, shrug, so I now have a lot of them! 50 grams of dates is 3 points – I wasn’t sure if that was good or bad until today when I had my first serving, 50 grams of dates is a lot of dates, way more then you would want to eat in one sitting (imo), I however didn’t know this so I measured out my 50 grams and started snacking, lol, duuude, it took me forever to eat them all cause at one point I was just like “no more!” πŸ˜›

Before my first bite I was looking at one of them up close, I think in future when eating dates they should not be looked at…just use peripheral vision to eat them cause they totally looked like a pile of dead bugs, ugh, and my first tentative bite made me wonder if the slight crunch I was experiencing from the coated outside is in anyway similar to the crunch of a beetle’s shell…yeah, I know, pleasant thought huh? lol. Hey, count yourself lucky! You only read about these thoughts, I have them all the time!

So now I have eaten tuna that reminds me of cat food and dates that remind me of beetles. The dates are good though, I decided I like them but in future I will eat maybe 25 grams at a time…

Oh, so weigh in day was yesterday – I didn’t forget to post about it exactly, it was more that the number wasn’t all that exciting so I didn’t get around to it…and with that wonderful build up, lol, I did lose weight, and I am working to remember that any loss is a good loss – I should get that tattooed on my arm as my new motto πŸ˜› So, my loss was a whopping 0.2 lbs…yup, you read that right. sigh. For those of you who don’t feel like digging out my weigh in day post from last week (and I’m guessing that’s all of you lol)Β the total weight loss amount is now 26.6 lbs. πŸ˜€Β I may not be all that thrilled with only having lost 0.2 lbs this week but I am happy with how much I have lost in total…I just need to focus on that number I think. πŸ™‚

Snow Day, yah!

SNOW DAY!! wOOt! Who doesn’t like having a snow day? A crazy person that’s who! lol. The snow day was yesterday – I slept through most of it – which is the bestest way to spend a snow day. πŸ˜€ IMO anyways. The second best way is by curling up on the couch with the curtains open so you can see the snow but you’re comfy under a throw blanket drinking a cup of tea and reading a book. I had planned to enjoy part of the day with a book and cup of tea but what can I say…sleep won out. πŸ˜›

It’s kinda funny, a snow day here is not a snow day anywhere else in the country. I am pretty sure every other city in the country laughed at us, *rolls eyes*, but hey, we’re the wimpy part of Canada. I can say this because I am from the prairies where winter is real – it is snow up to your knees or higher and -30C or colder and even with all that you still go out and do your thing cause hey, it’s gonna be like that for weeks (probably months)Β – you can’t have a snow week. But here? Nope, not the same. A measly 11″ of snow screws up the whole city! teehee It’s so much fun to watch on the news but not fun to actually drive in – hence snow day! πŸ˜€

You would think that having a day where I don’t go to work would make it easier to reach my points cause, well, duh, I have the whole day to chill and eat and whatev…well, not quite. Like I said, I slept for most of it, then made something to eat that filled me for the rest of the day…oops?

I more then made up for it today though, sigh. I was doing ok points wise while at work…to be honest by mid afternoon I was kinda starving (which is something I haven’t felt since getting sick) and did I have any zero pointed snacks with me? Why no, no I didn’t. 😦  I had an errand I had to do after work so by the time I got home all I could think about was food and that’s just not good…sigh.

Oh, not only was I uber hungryΒ  I am also pms-ing, which now that I think about it is probably why I am so hungry…huh, crap. Hormones just suck! Arg!

I ended up eating Kraft Mac n Cheese AND a Pecan Tart!! Just shoot me! I can’t believe I did that…ugh. 😦 😦 I didn’t even measure the KD!!! I have no idea how many points I ate cause at the time I didn’t care, I just needed the food I was craving…I already feel guilty about it. 😦 I have weigh in on saturday, that’s only 2 sleeps away, what was I thinking?!?!?!

Ok, I gotta calm down, it’s over and done with, the food is eaten, there is nothing I can do about it at this point (unless I wanted to puke it up but I don’t) so I’m just gonna have to suck it up and pay the piper on saturday when I step on that scale, sigh.

At least the snow day was great…

Who Put A Bakery There??

Grocery stores…a minefield of dangerous hotspots!

Picture this: I turned away from the pharmacy counter preparing to wander the store for approximately 20 minutes while my two prescriptions got filled and what do I face? dun dun dun…The Bakery! Now what bright mind decided to put a pharmacy smack dab inside the bakery section…or is it that the bakery is in the pharmacy section? Either way it sucks!

I normally avoid the bakery, closest I get is walking down the bread aisle lol, cause let’s face it, there’s nothing good for me in the bakery, nothing that will easily fit in to my weight watchers plan but when I turn around and am staring at all those baked goods well…it’s like being near a pet store, I just gotta go in and take a peek. πŸ˜›

So I wandered, and circled and read labels and caved…oh man did I cave! I bought crumpets, which I thought would be a lot worse for me then they turned out to be – yah! And I bought two individually wrapped Pecan Tarts, they turned out to be worse for me then I expected, figures, lol. Oh yeah, I also got sushi thatΒ wasn’t really sushi and was really gross, sadness.

At that point I realized if I wasn’t careful I’d end up with a cake or donut or something in my basket so I did what any person would do…I called my parents! lol. Who better to call and catch up with while waiting for my prescriptions to be filled? So we chatted, I ceased from putting anything else in myΒ basket and voila! I was saved! πŸ˜€

There was one good thing that happened as a result of that bakery…I managed to eat all my points yesterday! Yah!…well ok, I actually went over by 3 points but come on! I haven’t managed to eat all my daily points for like two weeks…over by 3 points isn’t gonna kill me…and hopefully it won’t make me fatter…guess we’ll find out about that on saturday…

Today I ate:

29 grams Honey Bunches of Oats with Pecan Bunches = 2 points

1/2 cup 1% milk = 1 point

1 cup Red Lentil and Veggi soup = 3 points

1 piece toast = 1 point

2 triangles light laughing cow cheese = 1 point

1 Activia yogurt = 2 points

30 grams light cracker barrel cheese = 2 points

1 tsp margarine = 1 point

1/2 cup cottage cheese = 2 points

1 crumpet = 1 point

1/2 tsp honey = 0 points

1 orange = 1 point

I have managed to get to 19 points eaten today, I get 20 a day now so that’s pretty good. I have a little 1 point chocolate but I am full and when I am sick I can’t eat when I am not hungry cause my tummy is more sensitive then normal…that little tiny chocolate looks so gross to me right now…weird huh?

But hey, 19 put of 20 points is pretty good considering so I am gonna count it as a win! πŸ˜€ Hopefully this is the start of me getting better and also getting back to my normal eating habits!

Weigh In Day!! :)

My last weigh in day of 2010 was Dec 18th – my first weigh in day of 2011 was today, Jan 8th. Today was a gooooood day! πŸ˜€

I actually lost weight over Christmas holidays…go figure! lol. πŸ˜›

Now I know the weight loss isn’t all real, I have been stupid sick with no appetite so I know I lost weight because of being sick, but still…having a good weigh in day is just…a good day! There is a high probability I will gain some of the weight back, or at least maintain, once I get better and am eating all my daily points but hey, let’s not ruin the moment with thoughts of what is to come, ok? πŸ˜›

I lost a whopping 4.8 lbs!! πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ Talk about a happy dance moment on the scale this morning! teehee That puts me at a total weight loss of 26.4lbs!

While I was visiting the family over the holidays I went shopping for jeans (I was also looking for tops but failed miserably, lol) anyways, I got to buy jeans that were way way way smaller then anything I had worn in a looooong time! The new jeans are 3 sizes smaller then the largest pair of jeans that were in my closet at the beginning of this journey, 3 sizes! Holy Crap! So, these new snazzy jeans I bought I wore today when I went for lunch and shopping with a friend and I noticed I kept having to adjust them a bit, you know, pull them up a tad here and there. Mostly over what used to be my lower gut but now is like a lower mini-gut (cause it’s getting smaller, get it?) I did the pull-out-waistband-check that we all know and love/hate and the jeans are already becoming loose on me! OMG! A-frickin-mazing!

Now, again, I know that the rapid loosening of the jeans is because of the rapid almost 5 pounds weight loss due to being sick, but let’s not ruin this moment either, k?

Today was full of lots of good moments. happy sigh.

Another happy moment was when I was trying on some tops and I noticed that my waist actually indents in at the side, so, I like, have a waist…huh. I kept staring at myself in the mirror at the store because I was so fascinated by this. lol. I couldn’t afford the top that I was wearing when I noticed this (which is too bad really) but I am gonna keep an eye out in the store and see when it goes on sale…maybe I will buy it then…hell, maybe it’ll look even better on me then?!

So, overall, Christmas break didn’t kill me or my weight loss, in fact, it seemed to help it. shrug. Go fig. I now have 14.8 lbs to go before I reach the outter number of the weight range that is my goal to be at by the end of this journey – I am over halfway there…wow. I think that deserves another happy dance…

My Lungs Make Noises – weird…

Ok, when I was still at my parents I wasn’t eating all my points per day once myΒ bronchitis started up cause I had absolutely no appetite. I liked this cause I thought “Hey, this means I will lose the weight I put on at the beginning of the vacation while eating all that amazing food!” Well, today was day 2 of being back in the real world and I am still having trouble eating, sigh. I don’t want to undereat so much my body holds on to everything and refuses to lose weight cause it’s freaking out I am gonna starve it – I just don’t have an appetite. sigh.

Today I stayed home from work, I know! Only my second day back and I called in sick, *rolls eyes* but hey, I was dealing with side effects from the drugs the doc put me on and I was quite busy trying to cough up both my lungs – I wasn’t able to deal with work as well. πŸ˜›

Did you know your lungs can make noises? I so didn’t know this…lungs can gurgle and make wet noises and they wheeze and whistle…oddness. It’s kinda entertaining in a “I wonder if I am going to drown in my own body” kind of way…

So yeah, today was spent trying to sleep, reading, watching tv and not being hungry. lol. Nice huh? I managed to eat 14.5 points (I am s’posed to eat 21) and that was by sheer force! I keep trying to think of something high in points but small in portion I could eat to use up my remaining points but all the foods like that make my stomach curdle at just the thought. I don’t want anything sweet, or salty, or well…anything.

Guess today is gonna be another low points day…maybe tomorrow will be better?

Back to the Real World

Aaaahhhhh, my first day back at work since going on vacation mid-day December 22 2010 – can I go back to vacation please? lol. πŸ˜€

I didn’t go in to vacation thinking “I am going to eat whatever I want screw the points!” but that is how it started, shrug. I couldn’t even bring myself to regret the food I was eating – it was that gooooood! πŸ˜› I went out for lunch on my birthday AND had a big bday dinner with the family – oh yum! I also hit up a Red Lobster, Joey’s and Cheesecake Cafe – not to mention Christmas dinner!

Well, there I was on an unplanned eating binge when I got sick, I thought it was just a cold with a nasty cough so for a while I kept up with my plans but by last thursday the cough was so bad and I had a bunch of other symptoms that were uber nasty and I spent two days in bed. ugh. What a suck fest! I mean, it’s bad enough being sick and I am grateful I didn’t miss work because of being sick but to miss out on vacation stuff because of sickness?! Not Cool! Naughty immune system! *tsk tsk*

Can I say though, ifΒ a person has to be sick they should definitely be sick while visiting the parents cause man, my mom treated me sooooo good! πŸ˜€ She made me tea and hot lemonade, brought me food, checked up on me to see how I was doing, got me a hot water bottle…all kinds of things! If I’d been here I would have eaten nothing and drank nothing and been oh so miserable, my mom is such a rock star. πŸ˜€

Eventually I got it together enough to go out and have some fun again, yah!, but since Thursday I have had almost no appetite…which ok sure, not good cause it’s only happening cause I am sick but yah! cause the weight I am sure I gained from all the food I ate at the beginning of the trip started to slip away, phew! lol.

Now, I don’t actually know what I weigh right now, if I gained or lost, cause I didn’t weigh myself at my parents (the scale there doesn’t match my scale so it freaks me out when I use it heh) but I am hoping I lost…or at least stayed the same! The whole getting sick thing may end up having a happy side effect. πŸ˜› Won’t know for sure till saturday tho…why is saturday so far away? sigh.

Oh, and little sidenote, the cold is actually Bronchitis, nice huh? I went to a doctor this morning before I went to work and that is what he said, oops! Guess I should’ve listened to my mom when she said “go to the doctor” lol.

Where’s The Wagon??

You know that saying about “falling off the wagon”? Well, I have not only fallen off but that damn horse I am supposed to get right back on has hitched the wagon to itself and gallopped away, bastard. Oh, and it appears it loaded my willpower on to the wagon before bulleting out of here cause I haven’t seen that guy around here for days and days and days. I shake the fist at the lot of you! *shaking fist* grr.

Don’t you just love the holiday season? A time of stores being filled to bursting with all kinds of high calorie treats, a whopping big meal on the 25th, or the 24th…or possibly not at all depending on your religion, but for me, Whopping huuuuge meal on the 25th and of course the days surrounding that day are not exactly filled with meals or snacks that are healthy. Yummy? You bet! Healthy? Not a shot in hell! lol

Let’s do a brief recap to see just how badly I fell off that wagon called weight loss…the 23rd was my bday (Yah!) so there was a big dinner,Β I got to pick it so it was spaghetti and turkey meatballs, garlic bread and pecan pie (I didn’t feel like the traditional chocolate cake, shrug)…I don’t really remember what I ate during the day that day and that’s just another sign of how far off the deep endΒ I have gone cause I have stopped writing down what I have been eating…tsk tsk to me. So, one slice of that pie was 8 points…*rolls eyes* that was the beginning of the end I think…

Dec 24th is generally finger food nibbly type stuff in our house and this year was as expected. There was egg salad mix on open faced dinner buns, sausage rolls, mincemeat tarts (which I didn’t eat, ick!), various cookies, chocolates etc. I had some of the egg mix on buns, some sausage rolls, some random nibblies I can’t remember, oh my, this not remembering is more scary then knowing…who knows what I did and have somehow blocked myself from remembering?!?!

Dec 25th traditionally starts off with a cinnamon bun, YUM! I had a measured out serving of Life cereal and milk (back to my old school ways, lol.) and an orange…however, I caved and had a cinnamon bun too…I think it would have been better to just eat the cinnamon bun but at least I got some nutrients and food groups from the cereal milk and orange, right? I nibbled on raw veggies during the day so that’s not so bad but dinner…oh man, dinner, Amazing! I love my mom’s christmas dinner, her and my brother do all the work and it turns out frickin perfect every time! So there was turkey (duh!), stuffing, mashed yams, roast potatoes, carrot and parsnip, vienna sausage, fried mushrooms and of course lots of gravy and cranberry sauce…tastebud heaven! πŸ˜€ I didn’t even try to pretend I was taking a proper portion of any of that, I just took and ate! My sister kept getting on my case about how many points I am eating but I am trying to ignore her, that’s her sense of humour and altho it’s not funny to anyone but her it’s just the way she is, shrug. One day out of the year I can try to over look it, right? Right…well, maybe…lol. Dessert was Sherry Trifle, omg, so so so so goooooood! My mom makes that (I made the custard this year, so I can officially say I helped with christmas dinner, lol) and the trifle turned out perfect! I had two servings of that…I know I should be hanging my head in shame but I just can’t, it was so good and it only happens once a year…

Normally I have seconds with christmas dinner but my poor tummy is not used to eating large portions or such a mixture of foods anymore so it rebelled at even the thought of it, lol.

Hmm, you’d think after that things wouldn’t be so bad, that they’d go back to normal…well, nope. πŸ˜›

Dec 26th I drove my bro to the airport so I ate brekkie late, I had oatmeal and toast, that part was normal at least lol. Then I was out atΒ a movie that a friend let me pick and she paid to make up for not buying me a bday present, nice huh? Well she also decided she was gonna buy me goodies to eat at the movie and I wasn’t allowed to say no so I ended up with popcorn and a root beer, not even dietΒ cause they don’t carry that, evil! I ate way more of the popcorn then I intended but it was so yummy and I found I just kept mindlessly eating, oops, and well, root beer hello? Already established that is a weakness of mine! lol. That evening I baked banana bread and had a Guiness…now the banana bread is not for me so not eaten by me, yah! but that was 3 points worth of beer πŸ˜›

Dec 27th I had my leftover christmas dinner, leftovers are better somehow then the original meal, weird huh? So, the full meal all over again except the turkey was on a piece of toast so I could have a hot turkey sandwich…I look forward to that all year! That kept me full for a really long time. That is also the day I started getting a cough and generally not feeling well. I went for a late dinner with MJ at the Cheesecake Cafe, I ordered the BBQ beef burger, it comes with back bacon on it but I took it off (just wasn’t feelin it, ya know?) and I cut it in half cause I still wasn’t all that hungry. Well, for someone not all that hungry I managed to eat half the burger and a lot of yam fries – the yam fries and dipping sauce there are truly excellent. πŸ™‚ The waitress was way delayed getting us our food so they comped us a dessert and even though neither of us really wanted dessert we figured we can’t pass it up if it’s free, right? So we split the Terry’s Chocolate Orange cheesecake. It was alright, I am glad we didn’t pay for it cause it tasted like plain chocolate, none of the orange flavour that is the point of the Terry’s Chocolate Orange. It was funny, we were all “we’ll take a couple bites then get it boxed up” and while talking we managed to eat all but two bites! lol. We left that remaining two bites cause it made us feel better not actually finishing it, lol.

That brings us to today, I am sicker, I actually took Benelyn last night cause I felt that crappy, eek! I hung out with my nephew today so we saw a movie, played mini golf, bought him some sweeeeet skater runners (he’s ten and I just had to do it!), he wanted some Mexi Fries from Taco Time so I got him those and he insisted I eat at least one so I did, shrug, he’s only ten! He doesn’t understand diets! Then when I got back to my parents place I had some homemade turkey soup. I wasn’t really hungry, and still am not, but I ate it cause I know I should be hungry and all I’d had up to that point was some toast and one mexi fry, shrug, I figured give my body some nutrients, right? I have dinner plans for this evening so who knows how that will go…and plans that involve a restaurant tomorrow…this is gonna kill me!

I am really starting to worry about how much weight I have put on…I don’t want to get back home and find I have gained back anymore then 2lbs, cause that’ll suck and really bring me down, but I dunno, every morning I swear I am gonna eat healthy and get back on track and something goes wrong…I really wish that horse would at least bring me back my will power…

Let The Over-Indulging Begin!

It has officially started for me, ugh, the season of over indulging with our food. My poor stomach is already hurting! lol…I laugh but it really does hurt. *rolls eyes* I got a bunch of goodies in the mail from Australia and from England…ooooh, that chocolate is gonna hurt me but taste oh so good. Yum!

Today I got taken out for lunch to this great Japanese place, heaven in my mouth! I got a lunch box so there was the cold noodle salad with shrimp, chicken teriyaki, sushi rolls (two each of california rolls, tuna rolls, salmon rolls and cucumber rolls), miso soup and mixed tempura. Oh man, so good. In part it was soooo good cause the food was amazing and because it came out of the blue (I didn’t know I was going to be taken out for lunch and surprises are always fun!) and because I never eat like that so it was an uber treat. πŸ˜€

Let’s see, yesterday what did I over indulge in? Oh yeah, almond tarts, is there anything better then almond tarts? Doubtful!

I seem to be leaving all my willpower behind, sigh, all that hard won willpower out the window in the face of almond tarts and Japanese lunch boxes. πŸ˜›

I had planned to way treat myself tomorrow at the airport and eat…ready for this?Β Fast Food that isn’t Subway! I know! Crazeeee! However, with the way I feel right now, so not gonna happen. I am lucky and can take a half day at work so I’ll have plenty of time to get to the airport, leaving me no excuse to not get something healthy-ish to eat. I think instead of fast food at the airport I’ll have one timbit or something equally small, lol.

Ooooh! Good news tho! Last saturday when I weighed in I managed to lose the weight I had put on the week before so I am back at my 21.6 pounds lost, phew! I am so glad I got back there but seriously, with how fat I feel right now I might as well not have lost anything. Ick. I hate this feeling and I can’t figure it out. I mean, ok, I ate Japanese for lunch but I’ve eaten worse and not felt like this…and for dinner I had some toast cause let me tell ya, so not hungry after that huge lunch and the lunch totally killed me for points (I am guessing, the tempura alone killed my points really so why bother trying to tally them up for today?) but what’s with this heavy in my tummy feeling? If this is what’s gonna happen everytime I eat something fried (the tempura) or salty (soy sauce) I will so be pissed! πŸ˜›

On a totally unrelated note…why can Keanu Reeves look totally awesome in a long black jacket and all black outfit complete with shades (like in the Matrix) but if someone tried to pull off that look in real life they’d just look like a loser? Oh the oddness of life…lol
